Ever once and a while I come up I'm hives for no reason
I get a rash aswell that comes up now and again doctors say allergy but never tested me iv just had chicken in garlic sauce well chicken Keiv my throat feels tight and full of mucus my lips and throat are itchy belly ache and chest pain 😕 my nose is itching too I'm so scared because iv read exercise can induce a allergic reaction now I have two small children so I have to be on my toes right now I'm so so scared
