I've just got over a cold and had green snot then yellow snot tmi and now when I blow it's blood and mixed with blood does this indicate a sinus infection? I'm scared

See a doctor, if it's an infection antibiotics will shift it. Nothing to be scared of. If you've been sneezing a lot though you may just have a bit of a nose-bleed.

Yes probably irritation to your sinuses from all the nose blowing and sneezing.
