So yesterday I visited a chiropodist. I get really hard skin on my feet so thought it would be good to get them treated but also get an opinion on this brown dot on my nail.
He said he didn't know what it was and had I injured my nail. I said I couldn't remember but I was doing a lot of exercise etc and so possibly could have.
He said most things will just grow out with the nail naturally which it should but if it starts getting bigger then to get it checked.
So still don't know what it is but I suppose he didn't say "oh my god get to the doctor" and he didn't seem alarmed.
So just have to be patient and see what happens. I know these things can take months to go, just wondering if I could mark my nail so I can at least see if it's moving up!
