What a night!!! I am dreading going to sleep tonight. 5:30 this morning I went to sleep after a gruelling 7 hours or so of intense panic. I was definately having a heart attack. All I have learned in the last year went out of the window I was dying. This time I really was... no really .... here it comes .... oh god ...... somebody help me.!!! I palpitated I had no pulse I had the pains in shoulder arms and hands jaw ache etc. Wake up this morning ooooo not dead mmmm maybe i do have anxiety. Even The Weekes hasnt comforted me today because all I can think is I am a failure. What an idiot. Thought I was well beyond thisbut obviously not. back to the bloody darwing board.

my neck and jaw joint really hurt, gets worse when i yawn or swallow

I know how scary that is!!
It's an aweful feeling but the bright side is that you made it through.
You are definitely NOT a failure!!!!
Just a little bump in the road and you came out okay in the end!!

Thank you so much for your replies. I did manage to sleep through last night, although I cheated and had had a few drinks to help me. Feeling very low at the moment trying to pull myself out of it but easier said than done. Constantly have shooting pains down left arm, left side of my neck feels numb and sharp shooting pains all around my heart. Then I keep having the thoughts which are as frightening as the pains. I thought i`d cracked it guys, but I have managed to refrain from running to the doctors so thats a bonus. I`ll come out the other side I know but just have to let off steam.
