HA - Tourette's

So I'm being silly and paranoid that I have or im going to get Tourette's. Any advice how I can get over this? It's really getting me down :'( advice would be much appreciated thankyou!

I have tourette's syndrome. I have had it since I was 7... My father also has it.

Fortunately most cases of tourettes are very mild. My tics are hardly even noticeable :).

Don't worry about getting tourettes. It's rare and it's not all that bad a thing to have usually.
