tingling in both feet

the last few days every 2 hours or so one of ny feet starts to tingle and i dont think its a nerve because it isnt always in the same foot. i read loads of posts about tingling but most peoppe have it in just one foot. also feeling very off balance what could the reasons be?

Sorry you are having these issues. I am not a doctor but I have had this many times over the years. For me, it seems to be worst when I am emotionally or mentally fatigued. I believe it is related to shallow breathing and perhaps too much caffeine or perhaps too many years of sitting at my desk. What seems to help is yoga and deep breathing. Anyway, that is my 2 cents. I hope you feel better.

thanks, I don't drink caffeine so i guess its not that but have been walking a lot in the last week or so and did have some alcohol which is unusual for me so perhaps this contributed. thanks for your reply
