Aldohol anxiety panic

Im currently going through extreme alcohol anxiety.worrying about everything!when im drunk i act like an idiot i remember shouting ar the man behind the bar but im worrying more about things i cant remember ! I have a few pints to loosen up my anxiety but it always leads to a heavy session
