Guys I'm really worried last night after dinner I had a feeling of something being stuck under my tongue/throat on the right side if that makes sense ? So its not the usual feeling like a lump in the throat which I get occasional from Anxiety but this is at the back and under the tongue only on the right side and when I bring my tongue back I feel a sharp pain there, but I have no pain when I swallow, I can't even explain it well but this happened a few months back after I had eaten but now it's happened again I'm so worried not sure what this is any ideas I'd be so grateful for a reply thank you in advance!
