Hi anyone have fear of failure?

It may sound inoffensive, but believe me it can be purgatory. I'm constantly on edge and hypervigilant. It's lead to social anxiety, general and pervasive anxiety, Avoidant behaviour, perfectionism and recurrent depression.

I find my two biggest triggers are work and social events. Avoiding social events is the easiest, but not necessarily the best idea.

Work have not been the most supportive. I even lodged a grievance last year, but nothing had changed. I feel unable to speak to them about how I feel, due to lack of support.

I've had CBT, integrated therapy, counselling and meds.

How does anyone else deal with these issues?

I also suffer awfully from a fear of failure, I fear even applying for jobs in case i fail or cant do it well, I have from panic attacks every time I have an assignment at uni. I have tried anti anxiety pills and anti depressants but none has worked for me so far. However, I have recently started exercising alot and that has been quite helpful, helps to take your mind off things for an hour and relax a bit.
