Not sure if I have anxiety or not. Tonight felt very strange. Had overwhelming sense of anger mixed with panic and didn't feel in control of myself. Then got really hot and shaky and sweaty. Is this a panic attack or a warning sign of something else serious?? Also had palpitations. Only time I relax and feel normal is after a beer. Please anyone help me.
