Hi,
I have a weird white area on the palm of my hand. It kinda looks like the rest of the "splotches" that occur all over my palm but its bigger and always is in the same spot. I first noticed it about 9 months ago. It use to have a pins and needles sensation and hurt like nerve damage when I touched it.
That went away after many months. Now it feels normal but I am worried this could be the start of something like vitilago. The skin condition where you get white patches. I took a pic but it looks more white in real life. It also seems to bulge out just a little. Almost like it could be a bundle of veins under the skin. But why would it appear white and not blue if this was the case?

You can see on the bottom right of my palm the spot. I am scared this is the beginning on vitilago since I have other autoimmune issues. But maybe this is just some weird blotch like the rest on my hand? Only it's bigger? What do you guys think? BTW....I think it might have gotten a little paler/whiter since I first noticed it. Hard to say though.
