I'm so thankful that I've come across this site. I was searching google about heart palpitations and it linked me to a post regarding panic attacks. I just recently suffered from what I felt was quite a bad episode and I'm feeling very thankful to have found a place where I can share my experiences and read about others and offer comfort.
