gagging feeling. HELPPPP

Past few days ive had tight belly n throat and a0 feeling like am going to gag (i havent gagged) but i have a phobia of vomiting so this gag feeling is freaking me out i dunno if its just cos belly n throat so tight or what but its a new symptom for me an making me worse :( helllpppppp anyone else had this or no how to get rid of it

Hi I have had something similar, kind of like a bloating sensation? It left me feeling like I wanted to vomit most of the day but never actually did. For me I just tried to distract myself and after while it went away. It could be something you ate and anxiety but mostly anxiety causing tension in your throat giving you the gagging feeling.

Think is just anxiety as started in a panic attack (never had it b4)but made me panic more as have phobia of vomiting and mind constantly thought about it ever second since as am sure if was gonna b sick wud of happened buly now if had it 4days now or just cos throat and stomach tight also time of month
