Floater in eye, ringing in ear, all on the same side

I have this constant ring in my left ear, and floaters in my left eye very ofte .
It really worries me that someyhing may be up with the left side of my head.
Could it possibly be something serious that is causing both these issues on the left side?

I to get ringing in my ears, I think I have slight tinnitus, I've had floaters on and off also, I wouldn't worry about it, I've had these for years and been fine, the ringing is almost always in my right ear, I think it's quite common, go get your ears syringed though if you are worried, I had blocked ears as a child and having them cleaned out helped.
