Need help abt. breasts feeling bruised

Hi, I am Kells, I live in Idaho Falls, Idaho. I am married and have been for a year and three months. I have a question about breast tenderness, for abt. Two weeks now my breasts have felt like they were bruised. Not just one of them but both of them. And I have heard you can have tender breasts before you start your period, but this was two weeks ago and I just started my period today. Anyone been through this ? Have any suggestions?
