crawling

Does anyone have the sensation of something crawling inside your head? Or like trickling? Is it due to me shaving my hair or is it like fluid or something serious? Help

I had something very similar but the sensation was on my scalp, it was due to stress as I was about to move to another city. It was extremely bad, and very real, but just stress.

It's nothing to worry about. It's an adrenalin rush. You mainly get it in the legs, but it can appear in the arms, torso and head. It doesn't last long and it can't harm you. This is a common Anxiety symptom.

Yeah. Before I'd even entertained anxiety when I was tired/stressed I used to feel like there were bugs in my hair. That sensation's practically an old friend these days. :(

Try and use up the adrenalin by getting plenty of exercise. Walking is very good. :)
