Read in newspaper too much sleep linked to higher risk to a stroke. Really scared me. Paranoid to have a lay in. Help me someone.

Scared24, did you read it in the Daily Mail? Those sort of papers come up with all sorts of crap! Please don't worry, there are many reasons why having a lie in is actually really really good for you! Don't let it ruin your lovely lie ins :-)

You might be better off not to read any newspapers, watch the news or anything Hospital related for a while. This affected me badly too. And definitely DO NOT GOOGLE your symptoms.

My Dr is useless. In process of new Dr. I so worry as I can't see.inside so feels like a ticking time bomb. Please help.

I hate these fixations in the media with health stories. I simply do not read them any more, and [I]Never[I] the Mail or Express, which write all sorts of rubbish.

I heard this on the news, and I am treating it as a load of old rubbish, although chance would be a fine thing to get a lie in!

Hi! I am a severe hypochondriac myself, so I know how it feels.

Do not even begin to worry about something like this. Not necessary. Besides, the DM make things up all the time.
