I went to buy some Rescue remedy and it turned out it was 3 for 2 so I ended up getting som berocca as my 3rd item.

just wondered if antone had taken it before and if you felt it benificial to you (not just in an anxiety capacity)

Yes it is brilliant! My daughter recommended it to me and as soon as I feel run down or a cold coming on I take it and feel so much better. I have since recommended it to others on NMP.

Excuse me butting in but can you take D-Mannose if you are on heart tablets after a heart attack. I won't bother asking my GP as they never believe in natural remedies.

I love my berocca, have been taking it every day for about 3/4 months.

I have it in the morning before I go to work, it tastes so nice and makes me feel awake and ready to go.

It can work out expensive but as you say there are plenty of deals. I got my current supply from Amazon. Some places, Wilkinson's etc have own brand with exactly the same ingredients and %RDA but I prefer the taste of berocca.

It can make your wee yellow :ohmy:
