Thought I would update and hopefully reassure those who are going through continued UTI symptoms............
I saw the nicest Dr ever........... he said he isn't worried about my burning/pain even after antibiotics. He said burning and pain can contiune after antibiotics as UTI causes inflammation in your bladder and pipes. He said only drink water or dilute squash. He said coke/tea/coffee/alcohol/anything fizzy really adds to the inflammation. He also said avoid bubble bath and anything perfumed that goes around that 'area'. He said he doesn't see a need to do a cytoscopy but I can have one if I want, he said the decision is yours, so I've decided to have one. He also said as I am anxious it should help relieve my anxiousness. Also, he said being anxious can make you worry about things even more which can magnify symptoms.
