My name is Val and I have just joined today. I quite often read your messages and I find that some of them relate to me. I look forward to hearing from you and to give you my support in which way I can.

I am retired and am a young!! 64 year old female. I have had some bad times in the past and am currently not in a good place at the moment but am working in it!!
