Vibrating feeling left hand side of chest

So, for some reason this isn't really panicking me but I have no idea whats going on..

I keep getting what feels like a vibration on the left hand side of my chest... It almost makes me want to readjust my bra when it starts happening... Theres no correlation and i don't have it for weeks but then sometimes i have it every 30mins for a whole day...

It also gets worse if I lye on that side ive noticed and seem to get it normally when sitting down rather than standing up or exercising.

My anxiety has been bad again for about a month and I am waiting for panic related therapy but wasn't sure if this is palpatations, muscle or just plain olf anxiety.

Im booked in to see the doctor as i know people are medical proffesionals but a bit of reassurance or seeing if anyone else suffers with this would be great.

I've had this before - it feels like your phone is vibrating in your bra!!

I Googled *rollseyes* and for once discovered that lots of people have it and it's not a cause for concern. Mine went away after a day or so.

The vibration isn't that much as a phone it's very minor.....
It almost feels like it might be coming from my breast :(
