Lump under toe on joint

I have a hard lump under one of my toes on the joint, that bit which attaches your toe to your foot. It's been there a few years now, maybe even nearly 4 years. And I've never paid it much attention. My anxiety is back full force and I can't stop thinking about cancer, I'm so frightened right now. Or doesn't hurt and it doesn't feel moveable which gets even more scared!
Does anyone else have this

Hello :) if it has been there for 4 years I wouldn't worry, I would imagine there would have been other symptoms orbit would have got bigger if there was any cause for concern. I do understand your worry though, once i get focused on something that's it, the panic returns and cancer is the first thing I think of. If it is really concerning you maybe go to the doctor to put your mind at ease. But from experiences I would think it's nothing to worry about. Lumps and bumps can be anywhere if you search hard enough x
