Right shoulder discomfort and feeling weak

For the past couple of months I have been feeling stiffness in my right shoulder lots of Dr appointments later and tests all clear but still have the same symptoms. I have gone off my food don't feel like eating and force myself. Feel so depressed and feel so weak all the time, will I ever find out what's wrong with me.
Bloods ok
Chest xray ok
Ultrasound of abdominal ok

You probably sleep funny and it hurts your shoulder. I have the same, my left shoulder hurts and it clicks when I lift it. Joint pain is common I don't think there's anything important going on.

Thanks for the reply. It could be it's the last thing I have had every test under sun. I suffer from anxiety allot so have got myself really low. I feel very drained all the time and am always tired even after sleeping for more than 9 hrs.

I'm the same, sleep for 10 hours, wake up still sleepy, all my body aches had every test possible so I think it's time to accept that these are anxiety symptoms.
