I'm really scared right now I normally have this sensation for 1 minute tops but it's lasted like ages now and happened loads it feels like im gonna gag or be sick I feel extremely nausea I have burning weird scared feeling in back of head and neck but it's making me feel I'm gonna stop breathing cause the gag feeling there's a sort of tensed not tickle but kinda like a tickle feeling in my throat from it .
It feels my breathing is more heavier or lighter I just don't know and I feel I'm gonna gag so hard but I'm just not it doesn't make sence and it's too hard to full describe .I really don't like it it don't feel normal and I need help I don't know if I'm dying.or not my ear keep getting a fuzzy electrical noise in them like there gonna shut off and my body feels it's gonna shut down soon if this feeling does not leave I feel I'm going to drown or something or have to gasp then die does anybody get this ??
