Post keeps dissapearing

Hi,

I am new on here and was wondering my post keeps dissapearing. I posted a short while ago and in this Health Section but when I came out of the internet and came back it it wasnt thee anymore, any ideas anyone. wouldve emailes system admin but dont have email account on the computer...

Hi Acable,

It's only necessary to post one thread on a particular issue in just the one section, otherwise it creates too many posts on the same thing and slows the site down.

I have removed the posts other than the one that is getting the most replies. Please refer back to that one for your answers etc.
