throat issues

hello all , i have looked through alot of pages of posts but cant see anything about this , when i swallow food it feels like its passing over something ,im so worried so ive stopped eating so i dont have to feel it , i have to keep clearing my throat now and im making it sore
anyone had anything similar im in a panic that my throat will close over altogether

Hi there, I have had this in the past, its just anxiety making it feel Like there's something there, I went to the docs with this and he called it a globus due to anxiety as soon as I knew that, it disappeared within days, you need to try and ignore it, its because yo are hypersensitive to bodily functions, I hope this helps xx
