Good Evening - I'm a newbie

Hi All,
After living with Anxiety, social anxiety and mild depression for the last 3 years, it's comforting to see I'm not the only one on this journey.

I'm mid 30's and about 3 years ago, my world was tuned upside down after a family breakdown and things have never been the same since.

I have tried various prescribed medication but they don't seem to agree with me so thought I would look here for advice and support. Look forward to chatting with some of you x
