Reoccuring UTIs - Worry

Over the past 5 weeks I've had 2 UTIs. Feel fine for a week after the antibiotics, then they come back again. Saw a consultant last Thursday, he said nothing to worry about. Today wake up feeling crampy and a bit of pain on weeing. Phoned up Drs and they said to send another sample in and will write a script for antibiotics. She said that maybe there was some infection still left. I am fed up now......... has anyone else had this?

I have never had a UTI myself, but I know that they are not nice at all.

Like the doctor says, don't worry about it. It's not really a recurrent UTI because it's still the same UTI as before, just not completely cleared up. The antibiotics being prescribed should do the trick!
