Hey all.

I'm not actually sure what to say to introduce myself. I'm a 21 year old female living in the UK with my long term boyfriend of 6 and a half years. I've found myself here I guess to try and help with the severe anxiety and depression I have developed over the last half a year or so as I feel like it's starting to ruin parts of my life now.

I hope to speak to some of you soon and hopefully I can offer some of you some advice to help with your issues too.
