Don't know what's happening I've been ok this morning accept a little out of breathe but I was stressed taking the kid to school I've coke home sat down and my hands feel like water lpl like cool water is inside of them there not cold really but not warm either but my palms feel like iv been trying to open a jar for hours I don't know what's causing it does anybody else have this from anxiety ? I haven't really been a zip use also got a tight throat like somebody's Got there hands pressed either side of my neck my eyes do keep going ait blurry too no panic though just wonder if this could be normal
