I think this is where many people with anxiety such as myself fall...I get them often when I'm not stressing but days of anxiety and panic definitely weaken me and so the fatigue is what I hope and am almost brave enough to think cause much of mine.
Similarly I remember a time when I've had a cold or virus and had them...during times when panic wasn't such an issue.
