Racing heart?

Hello,so I'm laying in bed and my heart like it's beating crazy fast for no reason and I keep feeling a big twitch when I touch my neck I'm now worried it's my heart and the twitching is some kind of palpitation can anyone give me any advice I'm so worried !!

Sometimes i get the heart palpitations and it was due to low ferritin. Perhaps your dr could check your iron levels?
