Clicking Noise in throat?

I just laid back in bed there after eating and drinking with my head pushed forward and for i turned my head a little and heard a clicking in my throat that matched my pulse . my throat always feels full . I just got an echocardiodiagram so i know its not my heart. What is it?

Hi Qix, I had this for about 3 months a couple of years ago, I went to the doctors twice with it and both times they could find nothing wrong and offer me no help. It was annoying and really worried me but it did go away of its own accord. I put it down to a stressfull period in my life and always made sure I was well hydrated. Drink plenty of water and try not to worry about it, it should pass. Hope this helps.
