I've been researching a bit today after having a bad day with my IBS-D and found that the drug lotronex apparently really helps women with IBS-D, it's marketed in the UK as alosetron. Has anyone ever tried it and with what effects? Also, I think it's pretty much impossible to get through the NHS, can anyone verify this? Such a shame, but I might consider asking my doctor about it next time and maybe buy online?
