plz help me

so yesterday i had a stressfull day. I sat down to watch tv all of a sudden my field vision went on me Didnt lose all vision i jumped up was so scared. I grabed the news paper and tryed to read it and the words i couldnt focuz on the words they was jumping. I then put 4 fingers up could only see 3. It was like a big blind spot but like a sparkle. I carnt explain what it was but i was so scared and still am. My vision ok now but scared incase it happens again. Everyone says ists a ocluar migraine. I did have a headache afterwards. Anyone had this ?? Put my mind at ease plz only lastes 20mins ps 14weeks preg after still born.

Occular migraine. Had it twice, totally freaked out the first time but it's harmless. The "sparkle" part makes me almost 100% sure of it. At first I noticed I couldn,t focus on words when reading, and over 15-20 minutes it got bigger and bigger until it cleared itself. Talked to my family and turns out my grand-mother has this all the time.
