Ovarian Cancer scare? need some advice!!

Hey guys,
As a back story I think I've got stress related ibs and my boyfriend suffers from ibs and said my symptoms sound like it could be that but I noticed its also triggered by dairy. So I'm on my second day without lactose and I feel a hell of a lot better except I still have some discomfort and maybe dull pain on my left ovary area and I'm scared. Could it still be ibs? My body settling after I think a lactose intolerance has developed or an ovarian cyst or cancer??? I'm so scared! Please answer soon!!

It sounds like lactose intolerance to me, but I am not a doctor. You could try using lactaid in the future when eating dairy - that helped my husband. I wish I could give you more info on what his symptoms were, but he did not tell me details because of my HA!! lol

Honestly though if it is clearly triggered by something, I would not think something like cancer. Cancer is there all the time and does not get better when you cut out certain foods.
