Hi all, so my new ha is colon cancer, last week I noticed red flecks in poo, I eat a lotof tomatoes, anyway that started me prodding my stomach as iIhad read you can have a lump in tummy with colon cancer, well I've push so much I can feel like a smooth bump like thing on my lower left side, I've read that your sigmoid colon is situated there, what Iwant to know is it possible to feel this when you lay down and press, cause this is freaking me out, since finding it my tummy has felt funny and iI'mcconvicted I now have a tumour there, someone please help thanx xx
