Today's the day!!!

After visiting doctors Friday today is the dreaded hospital visit to investigate a possible heart murmur. I'm 13 weeks pregnant and so scared. I'm that worried about this afternoon I feel sick, dizzy and can feel my heart pounding so fast. I'm so scared it gna b bad news and they'll keep me in hospital xx

Thank u. It's just how health anxiety has that hold over u. I just can't think of anything else!!!! Argh!!!
