I'm Jason, 27 years old from Northern Ireland :shades:

I've basically been having a rough few months with anxiety, DP and panic attacks which never affected me until recently and decided to come on board for some reassurances.

I was OK for a few days but had a horrible DP experience today which led to a panic attack and now I'm exhausted but cant sleep.. Just another day haha
