Started 15mg of mirtazapine last night slept all night. Just wanted to say a big thank you for all your support during this horrible couple of weeks.

I bet its such a relief...insomnia if horrible and I count myself very lucky not to have had it like yours.

I guess your sleep might be a bit up and down while you adjust back to a routine but at least you will be getting a lot more.

Incase its any help, I've seen MrAndy post about Mirt and why 30mg is possibly too high for sleep on the Medication board so it might be worth a look.
