Throat feelings?

Hello does anybody get weird feelings in there throat back of mouth? its hard to discribe, its unusual, ive had it before but its just happened and lasted ages, like a pushing feeling? i dont no wether its becuase ive just eaten or what, but it made me panic!

Hi there, I think you're the second or third person I've told this too today, but you're probably tensing your throat muscles which gives off a weird feeling some would say a lump in the throat? I've had it today but calmed myself down and the muscles release and the feeling soon goes. Take care, hope you're well :D x
