has anyone had indigestion that's gone on 12 hours scared

Hi there I was wondering if anyone has had indigestion that has gone on for 12 hours I have had this all day and tried many remedies to no avail. Getting freaked out

I've had indigestion that has lasted days, I tried all the remedies but they didn't work either. My anxiety made it worse, the more I stressed about it the worse it got.

I am having the same issue now, first time it's ever happened like this. yes anxiety can make it worse and prolong it.

I've had about maybe 8 hours of varying degrees. I find I have mild IBS which occasionally flares up and because I've not been getting enough sleep for a very long time now, I've found it has impacted this area some days. When this happens, and when I have the IBS flare ups, I find peppermint tea reduces it a lot.

My dad has had indigestion on and off for 30 years, he always takes Rennie's, I wouldn't worry, when I started my antidepressant I had it for about 2 week, also anxiey causes it. Xxx

I've had indigestion for 3 years now, but I've had food poisoning that lasted for days if that's your question. Just give it time.

Christ I've had it for months on end sometimes to the point I've developed a lump in my throat.
