Hello everyone, I've never posted on this site before, but I'm posting today because I am very worried about going to the dentist. A front tooth of mine is wobbly/loose and I'm scared that it's going to fall out, I probably sound really silly, but I'm 18 years old and I've not been to the dentist in years as I'm terrified so my teeth haven't got the best of care. I'm embarrassed about my teeth and it's a vicious cycle of wanting to get help, but being too scared. I suffer from social anxiety as well, so the whole thought of someone being in my comfort zone scares me. Does anyone have any tips of what I can do? Thank you. :)
