Left arm pain and dizzy

I have a sore left arm from my elbow up, in the tricep area, up to my shoulder and down into my chest (but not far, mostly just below my neck). I also feel dizzy and tired.

I start freaking out that I am having a heart attack. I know it's because I have bad health anxiety. Any ideas of what might be my issues?
