Frequent migrains
numb patches on body like feels I have been resting on my chin I haven't also ribs ect .
unable to swallow properly but can swallow food and drink food does sometimes stay in throat for long time also a click noise sometimes in my throat and it growls a lot yes my throat growls lol really loud aswell .
rib ache not Constant but half of the day on and off .
gag feeling like im going to bork but it never gets fully there .
uhu breaths lol won't understand unless you have had them kinda like a quick jump in my breathing or a quick thud in throat and breathing.seems be delayed .
guess I'm going through a pretty rough patch im trying my best not to panic / Google (finding it a little hard not too )

all come back normal so basically told im a hypercondriac done cbt and tried meds no help at all with either !
have tried relax and meditation won't Help either .
feel the symtoms are causing my anxiety I've accepted im a anxiouse person and I do have health anxoety although I feel I don't cause the symtoms or make them worse the symtoms come on there own 😊
