Dear all,
I am going through a hard time with my anxiety at the moment. I feel as if I will never feel myself again.
I have hands that are dripping with sweat- even though I am not hot. I feel covered in sweat everywhere else. I feel as if I need a good scrub but once I am out the sweating starts again.
I have a dry mouth and a feeling of stress all day long.
Am I normal and how do I cope with this?
