Hi everyone,
Just joined NMP today!
My names Cat, I'm 27 and have suffered with anxiety/panic attacks and the lovely depression that comes with it for around 10 years now.
I came across this forum and thought it would be good to chat with like minded people to hopefully get some advice and make a few friends as no one in my friendship group or family can relate to how I'm feeling.
I'd love to get involved in chats etc and look forward to meeting you all :hugs:
