Hello, I'm new here

Hello, I have just joined the Forum. I've been struggling with pretty bad anxiety and depression for the past 8 years. I have taken an SSRI for the past 15 years which helped at first but not much now. I am hoping to learn new techniques to help me to cope more effectively. :)
