Hello everyone, I'm just going to keep this short and sweet.

I've been smoking on an off for about 6 years. I'm in my early 20's now.
I stopped for awhile and tonight I had my first smoke in months. I wouldn't say I'm craving the smoke, it's just I was drinking and I just bummed a cigarette.

Now, I can't get over my anxiety. I feel terrible smoking, and I feel terrible for my health.

My question/concern- is there anyway i can reverse the bad side effects of smoking on my body? What can I do? It's really making me worried, I shouldn't have smoked, but sometimes I can't control myself and I just do things. Now, I totally regret it.

You're young. If you remain tobacco free, you can be as risk free as anyone else in a few years.
