scared of brain tumor please read!!!

So I've had this weird pulse in my head since about September last year, I had it for a couple weeks back then and it must of went over the Xmas period and now it's back. It's seems when I itch my head the place I had itched my head pulses or twitches I guess for about a minute afterwards this can be anywhere on my head including my ears. also when I get hot or walk anywhere fast I get the pulse all over my head and face just feels like my heart beat beating but in my head! Also get head pressure but usually when I stand up or have walked somewhere quite fast but that's passes in a few seconds! I am so scared of having something seriously wrong with me. What can this be? Do I have a brain tumor or is this related to anxiety I just don't know what to think! Have a drs appoinment next week but just don't even know how I'm going to explain these weird seastions!!
